MUELLE UNO

This project consists of the complete renovation of a residence located on the Costa del Sol, in the port area of Málaga. The main goal was to reflect a modern Mediterranean style, featuring warm materials, abundant natural light, and a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Through 3D modeling and architectural visualizations, the client was able to anticipate the final result before construction began. The renders made it possible to make key decisions regarding finishes, furniture, and color palettes, ensuring that every space, from the façade and terrace to the living room and master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, conveyed the desired cozy and contemporary atmosphere.

The use of photorealistic images thus becomes an essential tool to visualize the full potential of each project, facilitating communication between designer, client, and builder, and guaranteeing a final outcome true to the original vision.
